EXCITING STRUGGLE BETWEEN MINERS ANI) POLICE. (Received February 14, 9.35 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 14. The West Virginia striking miners marched to the State capital demanding redress of their grievances. The Legislature was engaged considering an election bribery scandal, and refused the miners a bearing. The police cleared the miners from the building, and an exciting struggle ensued. Scores of arrests were made. The district is still under martial law.
