THE NATION’S POLITICAL EVOLUTION. LONDON, February 13. Reuter’s Tokio correspondent states that Mr Yamamoto has accepted the Premiership of _ a coalition Ministry. This is said to indicate an advance in the nation’s political evolution, the downfall of the elder statesmen’s influence, and diminution of the prestige of the Crown.
