HUTT VALLEY GUN CLUB

The monthly shoot of tho above dull was held at Taita on Wednesday, when trophies presented by Messrs T. Wilford and A. Soott were competed for. The following were the leading spores in two twenty-one clay bird events, H. Philp securing a leg-in for tho former and Mr Scott winning the latter outright:—Mr A. Scott’s trophy: A. Scott (16 yards), 16 breaks; H. Pnjlp (13j, 15 breaks; S. Soott 1 12), 13 breaks. Mr T. M. Wilford'* trophy: S. Scott (14 yards), 16 breaks; H. Philp (13). 18 breaks; S. Edwards (17), 15 breaks; A- Soott (17), 15 breaks. 8. Soott and H. Philp tied, the latter winning in .the shoot off.
