AERIAL NAVIGATION BILL

HASTILY PASSED IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. (Received February 13, 11.50 p.m.) ■ LONDON, February 13. In the House of Commons, the Aerial Navigation Bill was hastily passed, practically undiscussed. The Bill prohibits the passage of aircraft in certain areas, or, if necessary, over the whole coastline adjacent to territorial waters. It empowers the authorities, after giving warning by signal, to fire upon offenders. The Bill is the outcome of the recent reported appearance of mysterious airships.
