RUSSIAN CRUISER’S STRANGE MISTAKE, CONSTANTINOPLE, February 12. Owing to n misadventure, tUe Russian cruiser Kagul, 6675 tons, fired a small gunshot into the Dolmahagheh Palace grounds. No-damage resulted, Tho commander immediately apologised.
