ANGLO-JAPANESE TREATY
REVISAL INCREASED ITS EFFICIENCY. (Received February 13, 9.55 p.m.) i SYDNEY, February 13. The two Japanese training ships Adzuma and Soya have arrived. Rear-Admiral Trochinai, the commander, in an interview, said that the revisal of the Anglo-Japanese Treaty had improved and increased its efficiency and had brought another Power, the United States, within its moral influence.
