GERMANY’S FIGHTING ' DIRIGIBLES. BRITAIN’S ACTION A SECRET. LONDON, February 12. Colonel Seely, Secretary of State for War, replying in the House of Commons to a question by Mr Rowland Hunt (Unionist), said that Germany had five dirigibles capable of discharging over ships, docks, magazines, and stores at night-time quantities of high explosives. • ‘ ‘ It was, added Colonel Seely, inadvisable to publish the steps Britain had taken and was taking in connection with airships.
