MOi DEMONSTRATION AT OSAKA TOKIO, February 12. A mob at Osaka held a demonstration on the anniversary of tho granting of the Constitution. It wrecked the offices of tho Bureaucratic newspapers, and then paraded tho city, attacking the houses of Bureaucratic members of tho Diet, The police charged with drawn sabres. The rioting continued throughout the night. .
