Resignation op the cabinet. { TOKIO, February 11. i The excitement in connection with Abe political crisis following the vote ijbf censure by the Diet on the Premier, Prince Katsura, and the immediate ■adjournment of the Diet by an Imperial rescript, has led to much, disturbance in tho city. ’ Bioting continued until the early jnoming, when intense cold caused tho crowd to disperse. The Premier’s residence is .strongly guarded. The Cabinet has resigned. Mr Yamamoto becomes Premier. Baron Kato remains at tho Foreign Office. Tho streets are quiet, and tho patrols have been withdrawn.
