In the House of Commons, iVTr Lomioux, continuing the naval debate, said that perhaps Canadians will pay a tribute onco or twice to the Motherland, but, after that, the tie may break. Ho said that French Canadians are fully alive to the many advantages under the British flag, and do not ciesiro separation in any form from the Umpire, but they were determined to uphold the Canadian navy for Canada. Mr Lcmicux said that there was a deep-laid plot by politicians in Britain »nd Canada.
