REICHSTAG DISCUSSION MR CHURCHILL EXPRESSES FEELING OP SATISFACTION. By Telegraph—Press Association —Oppyrlght LONDON, February 11. In the House of Commons, Mr Macnamara, Parliamentary Secretary to tho Admirality, said that Mr Churchill, First Lord of tho Admiralty, considered it Would bo better to deal with the recent speech of Admiral von Tirpitz, Secretary to the German Navy, when the Naval Estimates were presented. Then the House could review the position as a whole. Meantime, Mr Churchill desired to express a general feeling of satisfaction at tho friendly tone of the. recent discussion in the German Reichstag.
