TRADE COMMISSION

MEMBERS ARRIVE AT FREMANTLE. FREMANTLE, February 12. Seven of the Trade Commissioners are aboard tho , steamer Medina —Sir E. Vincent (chairman), Sir Alfred Bateman, Sir Rider Haggard, and Messrs Lorimer, Garnett, Tatlow, and Campbell. Messrs Foster and Bowring will join the Commission in Now Zealand. The party will arrive at tho Bluff on the 24th. MELBOURNE; February 12. Communications received by the Victorian Government indicate that tho Commissioners do not desire to bo entertained by public bodies.
