A SHARP ENGAGEMENT AT BULAIR. INHABITANTS OF ADRIANOPLE FLEEING. {Received February 10, 11.30 p.m.) SOFIA, February 10. A sharp engagement took place at Bulair. The Bulgarians drove the Turks back to tho forts. The Turks attempted to descend to Charkeni, near tho neck of Gallipoli peninsula, where the Bulgarians frustrated the landing Of twenty shiploads of Turkish troops. Tho Turks lost fifty killed in attempting to land at Podirna, northcast of Istrandja. The inhabitants of Adrianoplo are fleeing from one quarter to another peeking shelter from shells.
