Walter James Anderson has been charged with murdering Frederick John Flint, who was poisoned by jam containing strychnine. Anderson, who was married, made love unsuccessfully to a girl who was keeping company with Flint’s mate, who was camping with Flint. The jury disagreed, and accused was remanded.
