NORTHCOTE CUP RACES. (Received February 0, 5.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, February 9. In the yachting races for the Northooto Cup, the first race was three miles, beat windward and run back, twice round, starting from the Gellibrand light. Rawhiti 11., the challenger, beat the Victorian yacht, Killara, the defender by 97 minutes. In the second race, twice round a square course, the Rawhiti 11. finished one mile and a half ahead. There were choppy conditions for both races, which favoured the winner. The third race was not sailed, as the Rawhiti won the first two straight out.
