NEW YORK GARMENT WORKERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, February fi. The New York garment workers, using bombs, wrecked several buildings, and three persons were injured. The police were incapable of dealing with tho rioters, and assaults on factory proprietors were frequent. Peace terms have been proposed, and the workers have arranged to take a vote.
