AT ADRIANOPLE
TOi SAVE THE FOREIGNERS. LONDON, February 8. A message from Sofia says that Bui* garia has refused the request of tho Adrianople Consuls, as calculated to impede the operations of bombard* ment. [The Consuls at Adrianople addressed a letter to the Ambassadors, asking them to arrange with Bulgaria not to, bombard a special quarter of the town, or that one hundred and twenty foreigners should bo allowed to pass tho Bulgarian lines.] A TURKISH REPULSE. A Sofia message says that tho Bui* garians repulsed the Turks when attempting to cross the Karasu river, killing many. Tho bombardment of Adrianople continues. A Constantinople messago says that a large Turkish force is collected at Ismid and Pander Mayo, and is supposed to intend landing at Rodosto or Midia. Enver Bey, commanding, threatens tho rear of the Bulgarian forces at Gallipoli and Chataldeja.
