SIR RICHARD SOLOMON’S REMARKS. CAPETOWN, February 9. Mr Van Niekiri has given notice ol a question as to whether Sir Richard Solomon’s remarks aboard the warship New Zealand were made with the Premier’s knowledge. _,Sir Richard Solomons, High Commissioner for South Africa, congratulated New Zealand on her practical loyalty. He 'said that a visit of the battleship to Table Bay would help South Africa's growing feeling in the direction of cooperation.
