CANADIAN GIFT OF DREADNOUGHTS LONDON, February 8. An Ottawa message says that Mr F. Bourassa charges Mr R. L. Borden ■with making a gift of Dreadnoughts to the Mother Country merely as a shield to cover a contribution. of £8,000,0110 for the Conservative party's election funds. Mr Bourassa alleges wholesale graft.
