They harangued a crowd of about 400 people for aWt an hour, and then several citizens delivered short speeches m favour of the training scheme. Tho anti-militarists received .little enoouragement from tho assemblage; in tact, they were followed to tho railway star tion by a large crowd of people, who indicated that the visit of the wouldbe orators was not welcome here.
