SALE OF CROWN JEWELS AND ISSUE OF PAPER MONEY. MOSLEMS SUBSCRIBE £1,000,000. LONDON, February 6. The Turkish Government is contemplating the sale of the Crown jewels and the issue of paper money. The Ottoman Consul at Bombay reports that the Moslems in India have subscribed a million pounds’ worth of bonds. Rescind Pasha, the Turkish delegate, is prolonging his stay in London.
