CREDITORS AGREE TO ACCEPT 7s 6d IN THE £l. LONDON February 6. The creditors in the bankrupt estate of tbe Marquis of Hertford have agreed to accept 7s 6d in the £l. The Marquis’s liabilities amount to £20,750, of which amount £IB,OOO is due to money-lenders. .
