Otto Berg, of Astoria, defeated “ Willie ” Meehan, of San Francisco, in a ten-round bout. CONTESTS BETWEEN WHITES AND NEGROES PROHIBITED. (Received February 6, 11.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 6.
