PHOSPHATE ROYALTY
STATEMENT IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. LONDON. February 4. Mr Lewis Harcourt, Secretary of State for the Colonies, speaking in the Housa of Commons, said that the royalty to the Pacific Phosphate Company at Ocean Island in future would be a shilling instead of sixpence per ton
