GENERAL ELECTION MAY BE FORCED. (Received February 6, 10.40 p.m.) CAPETOWN, February 6. Caucuses in Orangia supported General Hertzog and demanded General Botha’s resignation as the price of continuing their support to the Government. It is possible that they will force a general election, involving an entire recasting of parties.
