BOMBS SENT THROUGH THE MAILS. NEW YORK, February 4. ‘ John Paul Farrell, a janitor, has been arrested on a charge of sending bombs through tho^mails, and. killing a man and woman with whom no lodged. He confessed to a long senes of murders, all of which were consummated by means of bombs. He killed his daughter with a bomb in 1912, and attempted to kill Judge p llosalsky, because he sentenced a criminal who was friendly with Farrell.
