An evening sports meeting was held oh the Petone Eecreation Ground by the Petono Junior Club Athletic Sports Club last evening. The results were as follows : • 50 Yards Amateur Dash.—First heat i T. Price (6yds) 1, Daly (Otyds) 2. Second heat: E. Price (6yds) 1. Fraser (3} yds) 2. Third Hpat: Miller (6yds) 1, Corson (6yds) 2. Final: Daly 1, T. Price 2, E. Price’ 3. Corson, Miller, Fraser and Collin* were disqualified for breaking. 440 Yards.—B. Price (45yds) 1.
