DUKE OF CONNAUGHT
LEAVING CANADA ON ACCOUNT OF DUCHESS’S HEALTH. OTTAWA, February 3. It is practically certain that the Go-vernor-General (the Duke of Con naught) will not return to Canada after tho summer, in consequence of th'j state of the health of the Duchess. The health of the Duchess of Connaught has been recently unsatisfactory, following ah attack of pneumonia, and her condition has caused deep anxiety.
