AMERICAN PRESIDENCY
RESTRICTION OF TERM OF OFFICE. WASHINGTON. February 2. Senate has approved by a one-vote majority a constitutional amendment restricting the President’s term of office to a single term of six years. If the House of Representatives approve the amendment the States will .be asked to vote on the question, and if throe-fourths of the States agree the amendment will be included in the constitution.
