AFRICAN MARAUDERS
ATTACK ON FRENCH TROOPS. LONDON, February 2. Marauders attacked a detachment of French tirailleurs in the Adar (NorthWest Africa) district. Tho tirailleurs mads a heroic resistance. They lost heavily, among the killed being a lieutenant and three noncommissioned officers. A column of irregulars is now pursuing the marauders.
