ELECTORAL REFORM
PRINCIPLE OF ONE VOTE ONE VALUE. (Received February 2, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, February 2. Tho Right Hon. J. A. Pease, in a letter to his Rotherham constituents, indicated that after tho passing of a Plural Voting Bill next session, an Electoral Reform Bill will be introduced in a subsequent session, probably embodying tho principle of one vote one value.
