A RATE WYR THREATENED. (Received Fenruary 1, 0.45 a.m.) LONDON, January 31. German lines resent the CanadianPacific Company’s intrusion at Trieste. A rate war : s threatened. It is understood, that the Cunaid Company has changed its route in the Austrian service end has commenced rate cutting in order to compete with the Canadian-Pacific Company.
