CRICKET
QUEENSLAND v. VICTORIA. (Received February 1, 0.45 a.m.) BRISBANE, January 31. The cricket opened in dull weather, with a good wicket. Queensland in- tno first innings made 330—Sheppard 42, Thompson 116, Evans 75. Matthews took three wickets for 107 runs, Armstrong four for 73. Victoria in the first innings lost one wicket for 12 runs.
