Thomas Scurr was fined J!2, with cost* 7s, on a charge of cruelly ill treat mg a horse by working it while it was suffering from sores. WANDERING STOCK. For allowing stock to wander K. H. Smith was fined 10s with costa 9s, Fred Diamond 10s, with costs 7s, Charles Noilsou sa, with costs £l, and John Ferguson ss, with costs 7s, FISHING WITHOUT LICENSE. Kenneth Brown, Timothy Daly, and Rngby Malcolm were each fined £2, with 7s costs, in default seven days’ imprisonraent for fishing without a license fo* trout in the Kaiwarra stream. BROKEN ORDERS. On charges of breaking the condition* of their prohibition orders William Brew was fined £2, Norman Camnbell £l, with costs 7s, and .William Con rick 10s, with costs 7a. INDECENCY. Charles Bakowell was fined £2, in fault seven days, for committing an indecent act. BAD LANGUAGE. William Lawton, for using ohscent language, was fined £l, with costs 15s.
