Peixme: McEwen, Marsden, Cates, Beynon (s); Jones, Walton, Udy, Coles (s); Smith, Comotti, Melhnish, br Ross (s) Imdlay, Castle Fowler, Stephens (s); Firth, Elvina, Hay, Wylie (s); Cowie. Henry, Johnston, Southgate (s). Tho cup was presented by Dr Ross and Mr O. Stevens, past-presidents of the Pctono and Hutt clubs respectively. Since the inauguration of the competition Petone has so far proved the torsDUTHIE CUP. In the triangular games between teams representing Wellington, Wanganui, and Hutt bowling clubs, for possession of the Duthie Cup. Hutt will ho represented by: McKenzie, Cudby, MacaskiU, O. Stevens (s); Jones. Trevethiok, Bollard, Hendry (s). Wanganui being the present holders, the competition will take place in that town early in February. In the match Wellington Club against the World. Butt’s teams will consist of Russell. Allport, Rev. Ginger, Treadwell (s). while Mudge, Rennie, T. McArthur, Gilmour (s) will represent Petone. A fiour-rink friendly game between Hntt and Newtown on Wednesday resulted In a win for Hutt by 13 points on the aggregate. The scores on Hutt green were: —Newtown: Talbot, Fisher, Bell, Claxton (s), 12; Hutt: Casey, Gray, Shearer, E. J. Bill (s), 23: Newtown: Caterer, Townes. Spiers, Noble (s), 16: Hutt: Rev. Ginger, Mason, Pole,- Holland (s). 22. The following rinks will represent the Victoria Bowling Club on the Wellington green on Saturday next; Macmorran, Godber. Townsend, Hemingway (s); Evans. Eeliow, Towns ley, Norwood (s).
