BUDHU PARDONED TO ENABLE HIM TO TESTIFY AGAINST OTHER ACCUSED. • By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received January 30, 11.20 p.m.) DELHI, January 30. In the Agra murder case, in which Clark, Mrs Fulham, and certain natives were charged with tho murder of Mrs Clark and Air Fulham, Budhu, a native servant, has been pardoned and thus enabled to testify against the other accused.
