THE ALLIES’ NOTE
SANDED TO MUSTAFA RESCHID PASHA. ROUMANIANS AND BULGARIANS MEET. LONDON, January 29. The Allies’ Note has been handed to Mustafa Rescind Pasha. The Roumanian, and Bulgarian representatives hold another meeting in London under tho shadow of the Ambassadors’ conference, THE PORTE PROPOSES. ■PEACE CONCESSIONS ON ENTIRELY NEW BASIS.
LONDON, January 29,
The Allies’ Note states that the peace plenipotentiaries have awaited a reply for three weeks, and that events in Constantinople appear to have destroyed any hope of peace, and that, therefore, negotiations have been broken off. A Reuter message states that Tho Porte is proposing peace concessions on a basis entirely new. These were expected to make for a solution of the difficulty now existing.
