John Webb, was charged with being on idle and disorderly person, having insufficient lawful means of support. Accused, who is years ot age, refused to plead until his counsel came into court. Sub-Inspector Sheehan described the man as being a perfect pest,” as he would nob stay with hia sons, who were willing to . look after him, and was always wandering about. Accused had only recently been liberated from the mental hospital. The sub-irispeetor doubted Webbs sanity.
