MAGISTRATES HAVE NO POWER TO PROHIBIT THEM.
(Received January 30, 1 a.m.) LONDON, January 29. Lord Sherrington, at the Edinburgh Court sessions, ruled that magistrates Were not empowered to prohibit public meetings in the streets.
