ENDEAVOUR TO SECURE UNIVERSAL RULES.

SYDNEY, January 29,

“Snowy” Baker, of the Sydney Stadium, is convening a conference to be held at the end of February with the object of appointing a Boxing Commission to define the rules and weight standards and championship regulations. Communicatipns are being sent to London and New York with the idea of securing universal rules.
