JAPANESE CRUISERS
TWO ARRIVE IN MELBOURNE.
MELBOURNE, January 27. The Japanese cruisers Adzuma and Soya have arrived.
Admiral Tochinai, the officer commanding, says the object’of tho cruise is to train midshipmen, of whom there are seventy in each ship.
