GOVERNMENT BLOWN SKY HIGH. IP HOME RULE ENFORCED BY BAYONETS IN ULSTER. LONDON, January 26. Mr Bonar Law, in tho course of his speech at Edinburgh, referred to Home Rule, and said that if Home Rule, was enforced in Ulster by British bayonets tho Government would bo blown skyhigh.
