Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, January 25. The weather was fine for the training operations at Biocarton this morning. Cherubini and Historiette were together at the end of four furlongs, run in 49 J sec. Zeus beat Whiz and Snowraker over four furlongs in 49seo. Autumnus and Scottish Star were together at the end of a mile run in Imin 47sec, tho former going easily. Emperador and Free ran five furlongs in Imin 3Jsec, tho former showing to most advantage. Pilgrim’s Way did live furlongs in Imin 4}sec. Gold Cup defeated Gangway over seven furlongs in Imin 33sec. Kilmeny was better than Foam Flake and Scotch Melody in a strongly run six furlongs that occupied Imin 18-lsec. Niglitwatch beat Judith over five furlongs in Imin 31 sec. Anna Carlovna, with tho assistance of Editah over the last mile, did ten furlongs, the last eight in Imin 45sec. Cornet did the seven furlongs, and Waikehua ten furlongs, the latter in 2min 12 2-osec. Ogier and Winning Way were together at tho end of five furlongs, done in Imin 2 2-ssec. Ladrone and Advance Guard ran seven furlongs in Imin 32sec. Query seven furlongs in Imin 27 3-osec. Warstep six in Imin 15 2-osec. and Stardancer ten furlongs in 2min 9 3-ssec. Gnome did the last eight of nine furlongs in Imin 45

3-ssec. Stamboul ran six furlongs in 1 min 18 3-ssec. After breakfast Tannbauser and Thrax went together over six furlongs in Imin 17 3-osec. Kimono and Pleasure Bent ran seven furlongs in Iroin 31 3-6 sec. d'ympan and Bulletin did four in 50 2-ssec. Veritas and Lady Graveairs were together at the end of four furlongs run in 49sec.
