100,000 SHARES CHANGE HANDS. WARRANT FOR ARREST OF OFFICIAL. SYDNEY, January 25. There has Keen extraordinary activity on the Stock Exchange during the past few days in scrip of the Greater J. D. Williams Amusements Company, 100,000 shares having changed hands. The company's capital subscribed amounts to £IBO,OOO. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a former official of this company on a charge of forging an order for the sale of 40,000 shares.
