BOTHA-HERT2OG DISPUTE A MINISTERIAL CAUCUS MEETS ON MONDAY. TO DISCUSS DIVERGENT POLICIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received January 24, 11.30 p.m.) CAPETOWN, January 24. General Botha bas accepted General Hertzog’s challenge. A meeting of a Ministerial caucus will be held on Monday and will discuss the problem from day to day until it has decided between General Botha’s and General Hertzog’s policies. If General Botha’s section is defeated ho will appeal to Parliament.
