The latter, after deliberation, has instructed its envoy at Constantinople to inform the ambassadors of the Powers that it must insist upon the town of Prevesa, in the south of Epirus, and situated on the northern shore of the Gulf of Arta, being ceded by Turkey, in addition to the territory in Thessaly which is offered by the proposal of the Ottoman Government.
