(REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.) London-, November 25. At the wool sales to-day 7411 bales were catalogued. There was good competition among the foreign buyers. Mr. Gladstone, speaking at Edinburgh, preferred a powerful indictment against the Government, and urged the necessity of replacing the majority in the House of Commons, because the House was responsible for the foreign policy of the Government. November 26, There have been large withdrawals of gold, £300,000 for the United States, and £235,000 for Egypt, which was remitted to-day. New Zealand 10-40 5 per cent, loan, 102 J.
