T KENNEDY MACDONALD & CO. • are favored with instructions to offer for sale by public auction at their Rooms, on the above date — The following Valuable Freehold Properties, situated in the Very Centre of the City, and which, from the fact of the whole of the Houses being in firstclass order, always commanding the best of tenants, and the growth of the City necessarily increasing the value of such Properties every day, renders them Unsurpassed as a Lucrative Investment for Capital, or as a Speculation. T KENNEDY MACDONALD & CO. • are favored with instructions to offer for sale by public auction at their rooms on the above date, — THE SPLENDID HOTEL AND RESIDENCE, As described in the annexed particulars ; That MAGNIFICENT HOTEL PROPERTY situate in the far-famed and beautiful seaside suburb of KILBIRNIE, being the allotments numbered 78, 79,. and 80 in the plan of the said suburban township, containing together three-quarters of an acre of flat beautiful garden ground, fronting the main road to the Slip, on which is erected the HANDSOME AND COMMODIOUS BUILDING known as the KILBIRNIE HOTEL, containing Bar-room, Dining - room, three Parlors, Kitchen, and Store-room on the ground floor, and Drawing-room, eleven Bed-rooms, Bath-room, Water Closets, &c., on the first floor.
