P DIMMER, REEVES, & CO. are instructed by the Trustee iu the above Estate to sell by public auction, at their Store, on Plimmer's Wharf, on Wednesday, the 26th inst., at 2 o’clock sharp— Lot No. I.—Sub-division No. 4, Town Acre 873, Riddeford-plaoe, 30 x 112, with four-roomed Cottage thereon. The title is a conveyance dated 10th June, 1879, from Frederick Ball to Henry Sexton, subject to two deeds of mortgage to the Northern Land, Loan, and Building Company to secure £l4O, repayable by monthly payments of £3 Is.
