The motion, however, wa= ultimately carried. The debtor was then examined at some length with reference to his affairs, and a variety of recriminations were indulged in. A meeting of creditors of Robert Crenwel), laborer, Grey town, was held yesterday, and Mr, Joseph Baigent was appointed trustee. The assets were set down at £lO 65., and the liabilities at £7B.
